What are the shipping options and costs?
Free shipping / registered mail - ₪ 16.9 (up to 10 business days for delivery to the post office near you with a tracking number that you will receive at the end of your order on the delivery receipt which is sent by email - you can track the delivery in the Israel Postal Company wensite . You will need to go to the nearest branch to your home after you receive a note in the mailbox letting you know your package arrived in the post.)

Do you have a physical store?

Why do you not have foreign brands that do not exist in the country?
In a sentance: because we care about your health.
Brands which are not imported to Israel by an official importer, do not have a sales and marketing license from the Ministry of Health. We work only with licensed brands that received the license from the Israeli Ministry of Health for their products.
We encourage you to contact with us about a particular product. Maybe we can get in with a licens.
Ok, so what brands do you sell?
We sell only high quality branded products licensed by the Ministry of Health: luxury brands alongside with brands sold in pharmaceutical chains, etc., brande which you can get exclusively here, or at points of sales like makeup artists, hairdressers and beauticians.

Where do the products come from? Are they genuine? New?
All products come directly from the official importers and are not shelf products! So you get the product fresh, new and original, and it is not another product that was on the shelf! Therefore, all orders are shipped in up to 10 business days.

How do I order on the website?

2. Choose the desired product while navigating the front page, or while entering one of the category pages in the main menu (while entering a category, will have on the right sub-categories and filtering options).
3. Click on Add to Cart button
4. Continue to cart or continue shopping and then go back to the cashier. At the top left, you can see your shopping cart and go to checkout.
5. In your shopping basket you can see a summary of your order and shipping cost and go through to checkout. You can pay as a guest on the site, or sign up to the website (you should!) and enjoy the benefits from the first purchase.
6. In the cashier, choose a payment method and shipping and voila! The order is on its way to you!
How can I pay?
Credit card, Paypak or by a representative at- 03-5051619. The Glam Guru website is secure in the most stringent security standards and we do not store credit cards in the system. Upon booking, you will receive to your email account an invoice receipt and approval of the order.
Is it safe to pay in your site?
Sure. The Glam Guru website is secured in the highest security standards, as required by the credit card companies working with us. We do not store credit cards in our system. Also, the site is secured by SSL protocol for encryption and for protecting all information you hand over to us.
If you have a problem with a product, you can contact us at any moment, we'll try to help you accordingly and if you will not be satisfied, your money back guaranteed, and so we will ask of you to give us again the credit card information with which you paid on the website.
Is it possible to pay in installments?
Definitely. When purchasing in over 200 ₪, up to three installments.
Can I pay cash?
It is possible, by prior arrangement with us in the center and especially in: Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Givatayim, Rishon Letzion, Holon and Bat Yam. You can pay in cash only for orders sent by courier, ie- you have to add to order payment for a messenger.

I ordered a package from you, and I received an email with a delivery certificate. How do I know when the package will reach me?
If you ordered delivery by registered mail, in the shipment certificate a tracking number will appear along with a link to the Israel Postal Company website - where you can enter the tracking number and see exactly where your package is at any given moment. If you ordered door to door delivery- the messenger will coordinate his arrival with you at the phone number you entered. If you have not received a call coordinating the messenger, you should contact us and we'll check for you with UPS when exactly the messenger will arrive.
Can I cancel or return an order?
You can cancel and / or return an order or part of it in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and in accordance with our terms of service.
